ATTENTION: Participants who submitted technical papers for the 2025 edition will receive an email on September 10, 2025, informing them whether their paper has been approved for presentation in this edition.

04/28/2025: Announcement of rules for paper submission;

04/30/2025: From this date, papers can be submitted through the site indicated in item 2.5;

08/03/2025: Last day for paper submission;

09/08/2025: Authors of papers classified for presentation and/or publication and who had their presentation and/or publication conditioned to the need to make corrections in their papers will be notified. They will have the opportunity to present the indicated corrections until 09/15/2025. If corrections are not presented by the indicated deadline, they will be disqualified;

09/22/2025: Authors of selected papers will receive an email informing whether their paper was selected for presentation and/or publication;

10/06/2025: Authors of papers to be presented must send the PowerPoint presentation to be made at the event by this date;

10/13/2025: Event organizers will publish the schedule of presentations on the event site;

10/28 to 10/30/2025: Presentation of papers during Brazil Windpower.
