The event is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. Participants aged 16 may enter if accompanied by a guardian. 
Children under 16 will not be allowed to attend the event.

Yes, it is possible to transfer your registration to another participant, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the first day of the event. To request the transfer, contact our team via email at tickets.canalenenergia@informa.com.

• Credit Card: (Visa, Mastercard, ELO, and Hipercard) in up to 3 installments with interest.
• Bank Slip: One-time payment (available up to 5 business days before the event).

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and ticket. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our team.

The invoice will be available in the Registrant Area up to 15 days after the event concludes. If it does not appear after this period, please contact us at visitante.bwp@informamarkets.com.br.

If you find any issues with your registration, contact our support team immediately via email at visitante.bwp@informamarkets.com.br, and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

You must present your ticket (printed or digital) and an official photo ID (e.g., ID card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) to gain access to the event.

We recommend casual or semi-formal attire. Participants wearing tank tops or shorts will not be allowed entry. Congress attendees may opt for formal or semi-formal clothing for networking activities and lectures, while visitors to the fair can wear more casual and comfortable clothing.

It depends on your country of origin. As of April 10, 2025, Brazil has reinstated the visa requirement for citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia, including for participation in events like Brazil Windpower.

If you are from one of these countries, you will need to:

• Apply for an electronic visa (eVisa) before traveling.
• The process is simple, entirely online, and can be completed through the official website of the Brazilian consulate in your country.

We recommend applying in advance to avoid any unforeseen issues.

Citizens of other countries should check specific requirements with their local Brazilian consulate.

Important: Event registration does not replace the entry visa for the country. Stay informed and organize your documentation in advance.

You can cancel your registration within 7 calendar days after purchase, provided you have not used access to the event or its benefits. After this period, refunds will not be possible. If you purchased group tickets, canceling one registration will cancel all tickets in the group.

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to another person, but we do not offer refunds after the 7-day period or in case of no-shows.

To request a cancellation or refund, the ticket holder must make the request. You need to send an email to tickets.canalenenergia@informa.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Identification document
• Registration email

The deadline to request a refund is up to 7 calendar days from the purchase date, provided the event access has not been used.

Congress participants will have access to presentations authorized for release by the speakers within 10 days after the event. Earlier access is not possible as speakers are still developing and editing their materials, which could lead to the release of non-final versions.
