To value the sustainable practices of the exhibiting companies, Informa Markets/Grupo CanalEnergia, ABEEólica, and GWEC, organizers, and Brazil Windpower promoters, will hold the Prêmio Estande Sustentável 2023 (2023 Sustainable Booth Award), which will publicize and reward the brands with the most sustainable booths.

To participate, the exhibiting company must read and agree with all the information on this page andat the bottom of the page click on the link and fill in the REGISTRATION and QUESTIONNAIRE fields.

The information in the QUESTIONNAIRE will be verified and evaluated in loco at the event, by the consultancy partner of Informa Markets/Grupo CanalEnergia.

It should be noted that participation is free and voluntary.

1 - Regulations

1.1- Evaluation criteria, scoring, and tiebreaker:

The quiz features 19 multiple-choice questions with scores ranging from 0 to 5 points.
Questions that are not answered will receive 0 (zero) points.
The maximum score that can be achieved is 113 points.
The questions that present greater care with socio-environmental responsibility have greater weight and are worth more points. This information is contained in the QUIZ.
The booth with the highest score in its category will be considered the prize winner.
In a tie, the winner will be the one with the highest scores on the questions with the highest weight. This information is contained in the QUIZ.

1.2- Items contained in the QUESTIONNAIRE:

What is the approximate percentage of material reused from other events in the booth?
What is the percentage of recycled materials in the booth?
Does the booth have a waste management system?
How many lamps are used in the booth?
What type of lamps are used in the booth?
What type of material is used in the gifts?
Is there Carbon Neutralization generated at the event?
Is there Carbon Neutralization generated in the company?
Does the company have socio-environmental projects?
Does the exhibiting company have certifications? (ISO 26001 - Social Responsibility / ISO 14001 - Environment / OHSAS 18001 - Safety / ISO 9001 - Quality)
What means of transport will employees use to arrive at the event?
What means of transport are used to transport the equipment in the assembly and disassembly of the booth?
How many trips are needed to transport the equipment for setting up the booth?
How many trips are needed to transport equipment when dismantling the booth?
Was PPE used during booth assembly?
How accessible is the booth? (Access Ramp / Tactile Floor / Handrail / Braille Panels / Sound Communication)
Are there PWD people on the booth's operating team?
Does the company have a Code of Ethics?
Does the company have a Reporting Channel?

1.3- Categories (by booth size)

The award has four categories according to the size of the booth.

Green: up to 12 m2
Yellow: 13 to 35 m2
Blue: from 36 to 59 m2
White: 60 m2 onwards

2- Deadlines

Registration and completion of the questionnaire: until September 10, 2023.
Event date: September 12 to 14, 2023.

3- Acknowledgments

The Sustainable Stand Award Brazil 2023 Windpower will have 3 (three) forms of recognition, as shown below.

3.1- Sustainable Stand Award Brazil 2023 Windpower Winners Brazil Windpower

The exhibiting companies and their respective assemblers will receive a stamp and a certificate of Winners of the Sustainable Stand Award 202 Brazil Windpower in their respective categories, which can be used after the event in any means of communication.

3.2 - Stamp Sustainable Stand 2023

All exhibiting companies that reach a score equal to or greater than 56 (or 50%) will receive the Sustainable Stand Award Brazil 2023 Windpower stamp, which can be used after the event in any means of communication.

3.3 - Stamp Company participating in the Sustainable Stand Award 2023 Brazil Windpower

All companies that sign up and fill out the questionnaire will receive the stamp Company participating in the Sustainable Stand Award 2023 Brazil Windpower, which can be used before, during and after the event, in any means of communication.
