Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand – MASP

Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand – MASP

One of the icons of the city of São Paulo, MASP was the first modern museum in the country, founded in 1947 by Brazilian entrepreneur Assis Chateaubriand. Located on Avenida Paulista, the project was designed by Lina Bo Bardi and is a landmark in the history of 20th-century architecture. Today, the collection includes more than 11,000 works.

Mercado Municipal de São Paulo – Mercadão

Mercado Municipal de São Paulo – Mercadão

The Mercado Municipal de São Paulo, popularly known as Mercadão, is one of the city's most important tourist attractions. Filled with leisure and shopping options, the building, which has more than eight decades of history, was inaugurated in 1933, replacing the old Mercado Central, which operated outdoors on Rua 25 de Março.

          Theatro Municipal

          Theatro Municipal

The luxurious building, visibly influenced by European opera theaters, was erected as an aspirational symbol of São Paulo's high society, which, during the coffee boom, desired a performance venue befitting their wealth. The Theatro offers an extensive schedule of performances and guided tours.

          Museu Catavento

          Museu Catavento

Inaugurated in March 2009 in the historic Palácio das Indústrias building, the museum's mission is to bring children, young people, and adults closer to the scientific world, spark curiosity, and convey basic knowledge and social values through interactive and engaging exhibitions, using simple and accessible language.

          Sala São Paulo

          Sala São Paulo

Sala São Paulo is the home of the Orquestra Sinfônica do Estado de São Paulo and one of the best concert halls in the world. A historical heritage site and tourist attraction in the city, it is located in the Júlio Prestes Cultural Complex.

          Parque Ibirapuera

          Parque Ibirapuera

With an area of 158 hectares, Parque Ibirapuera is a protected park and a historical heritage site of São Paulo. One of the city's main landmarks, Ibirapuera, in addition to its natural area, houses some of the city's leading museums and buildings designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer. In its open area, there are running and walking tracks, bike trails, multi-sport courts, a skate park, a children's playground, and extensive lawns.

Since April 10, 2025, Brazil has reinstated the visa requirement for citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia, even for professional trips, such as participation in corporate and energy sector events.

If you are a citizen of one of these countries:

You will need to apply for an electronic visa (eVisa) before traveling. The application is done online through the official website of the Brazilian consulate in your country of residence. We recommend starting the process in advance to ensure the visa is issued within the required timeframe. Participants of other nationalities should check with their local Brazilian consulate to verify visa requirements.

Attention: Entry into Brazil will only be allowed upon presentation of up-to-date immigration documentation. Organize your process in advance and travel with peace of mind.
